1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing OVERDRIVE PROTOCOL: Operation Nightfall (hosted on overdrive.lunamonkey.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All source code, graphics, gameplay balance algorithms, original audio compositions, visual assets, 3D projection mathematical models, and trademarks associated with Overdrive Protocol are the exclusive property of lunamonkey unless otherwise attributed.
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game in modern web browsers for non-commercial entertainment purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or redistributing bundled assets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
3. Fair Play & Ranked Leaderboards
To preserve an authentic arcade competitive environment, our server infrastructure cryptographically validates mission run replays, checkpoint milestones, elapsed frame timestamps, and weapon ordnance states before publishing scores.
We reserve the right to disqualify, remove, or invalidate any leaderboard score or player profile found to have submitted artificially generated inputs, tampered memory state, modified client telemetry, or exploited timing bugs.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game and associated services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for optimal compatibility and reliable edge uptime, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete hardware configurations.
